Hi,

My boyfriend and I are moving to Washington DC from NYC around August 15 (somewhat flexible) and have fallen in love with Mount Pleasant! We are looking for a 1 bedroom (we understand basements are popular in this neighborhood) for a long term lease.

We are both Special Education teachers who are very responsible and always pay rent on time.

We would like to pay somewhere between $1,000 and $1,300, but would push it to $1500 if the right place came around.

We have two adorable (and VERY well behaved cats) that will be moving with us.

I hope to hear from a potential home soon!!!
