Resolved, that ANC1D agrees that zoning variance application 18350, for 1865 Newton Street NW, to allow four dwelling units on a lot of 3250 square feet, versus the R-4 zoning requirement for 3600 square feet, can be granted without substantial detriment to the public good. Because the building will provide off-street parking, there is no parking impact on the area.
