Maybe you could do your butchering at Progresso Market next to 7-11. Guest butcher, perhaps. They've got a pretty good selection, I think.

I hear that the music/coffeehouse notion slipped away, but now interest is expressed by a Thai restaurateur. I've told Greg Nicklas that a Thai restaurant would get a warm welcome in Mount Pleasant. -- Jack
