All,

Pepco installed new "smart" meters and despite my calls that I needed a net-meter (able to run backward as I have solar panel on my roof), they just put a standard one.
Did anybody with solar panels on their roof have the same problem? I'm not sure what to do next -- My previous phone calls triggered absolutely no response from Pepco on this issue..
