Quiet, responsible, non-smoking professional couple seeking to rent clean 1bedroom/1bathroom English basement in Mount Pleasant. Must have W/D in unit and full kitchen. Within walking distance of metro station ideal. Garden access and private parking for one car preferred. Looking to sign 2 year lease to begin in January. Hi Gildon McLellan- I'm not sure if you're still looking for a place in MtP but I have a recently renovated English Basement in a beautiful Mount Pleasant Rowhouse (see attached pics). Upgraded kitchen, bathroom, floors and patio. Rent includes Direct TV, wireless internet, utilities and in unit washer dryer. Rental unit can also include furnishings and parking if desired for an additional fee. Four blocks from Columbia Heights Metro and DCUSA Target Retail Center. Walk to MtP shops and restaurants, as well as Adams Morgan and Rock Creek Park. Available February 1, 2012 @ $1,400/month.
