The bike was recovered from a "habitual drunk" lurking around 17th and Kenyon.

Does anyone wonder if there is a correlation with the recent crime waves and the drunks in the park? They get their drinking money from somewhere and I'm not convinced it's from their trust fund.

The guy is a total blight on the neighborhood. The cops know him well. I dont understand why they cant get him off our streets.
