A special public meeting of ANC 1D will take place on Wednesday, July 13, at 7:00 pm, at La Casa Community Center, 3166 Mount Pleasant Street. The topic of the meeting will be the application by the DC Public Library to the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a zoning variance. R-5-D zoning requires a 15-foot rear yard. The variance requests permission for a zero-depth rear yard.

The meeting is held on this date because the regular monthly meeting will be too late for the BZA hearing, scheduled for July 19.
