My wonderful nanny is going to be leaving us this month because I have decided to put my son in daycare to have more interaction with other children. She is currently looking for another full time childcare position and I could not recommend her more highly. Her name is Emma Andrade and she has been with us for the past year and is reliable and loving. She emigrated from Guatemala and is now a US citizen. Her English is strong but not perfect, and we encouraged her to speak Spanish to my son so he could be exposed to it. She has years and years of childcare experience (she is probably in her mid 60's), and always goes above and beyond the call of duty- she cleans while Nico is napping and is pretty much a two-for-one housekeeper and nanny!
