Brown & white male, no collar is roaming around Ingleside Terrace. He does not want to be caught. Wednesday AM.

I've seen this dog both Monday 6/28 and yesterday (Tues 6/29) at the corner of 18th and Park Rd. He will come up to my dog but any sort of gesture towards it by me and he takes off.

Interesting, I saw this dog over the weekend and came here to determine if it was lost. Looks like it is allowed to roam about, given the multiple reports. The dog wears no tags and doesn't seem so street savvy, so I imagine it is only a matter of time.
