Interesting survey results. It would appear that despite the disparities in ethnicity and income between the on-line and street survey participants---the dominant themes from both groups were:
1. Mt. Pleasant Street businesses need to be cleaner, need more inviting window displays, and need overall "attractiveness" enhancement; and
2. the streetscape---sidewalks, lighting, treeboxes---needs to be improved and kept cleaner.

Seems like those are the issues which groups like Mt. Pleasant Main Street, the Mt. P business association, and the ANC's Commercial Corridor committee should focus on the most.
