Hi there,
I received a notice from WASA that they were going to replace the main lead pipe and that I could use the opportunity to have their contractor to replace also the lead pipe to my property line.
The price quoted for the work seems reasonable so the questions are:
Has someone in this forum done this already and use a WASA contractor to do some work? Was the work done properly?
The contract specifies that they are not responsible for the yard's state (I assume they'll just dig even if it kills all the plants there). Is there some precaution I could/should take if I want to preserve some of the trees/bushes in my front yard? How flexible are these contractors for work like this?
Any advice, experience shared is welcome.
Thanks,
Ilana |

| Ilana, I wonder if you found a good contractor? What was your experience? |
