I have complained about the construction mess in the front yard of Ingleside house. We can not open our windows because of the dust.

Now they have placed a porta-john in the backyard! Not only is the dirt, rock and garbage coming spilling into our yard and attracting rats. But there is now a toilet to welcome every rodent!

Who do I contact about this!?!
