Friday night, Oct 29, I noticed a familiar group of young men in the alley of the 3300 block between 18th and Mt. Pleasant. When seen, they moved in the direction of the Triangle Park, that has mercifully been free of obvious dealing for a while. Did anyone notice suspicious activity there on Friday night? There's a long association between the alley in question and the market in the park. At least one of the young men is one of the old regulars.
