I know this qualifies as barely nusiance crime in the scope of DC issues, but in the last three weeks, we have had our garden hose and hose storage winder stolen from our front stoop and our supercan stolen from our alley. I'd appreciate it if someone let me know if a blackmarket garden supply store pops up or this is part of a crimewave from an aspiring, criminally-minded Martha Stewart. While not grevious issues, they are very frustrating.
