On Sunday at noon my wife and I went for a walk towards Rock Creek. We started down the path that's halfway down 17th St between Newton & Piney Branch. We had just entered the path when we were suprised to see two black men either having sex or exposing themselves. Because this path is used by so many people, children included, I think people should be aware of what sometimes goes on in wooded areas. We called 911 to report, after trying the non-emergency number, and were put off by the operator. We later flagged down a police cruiser on Newton and the officers said they would check it out.
