Someone told me we have a permanent foot patrol on Mt. Pleasant Street on the 3-11pm shift. Is that true and has anyone see a foot patrol patrolling?

Yes there is an Officer assigned to a foot patrol on Mt Pleasant St., but the shift hours are from 7:30pm - 4:00 am.
