***** Monday thru Thursday 7:00 -8:30PM
***** Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00 -8:30AM
Private classes (limit 3 students) begin with a short period of relaxation to give students a chance to unwind and refocus. You progress from stretching and balance poses to the more invigorating standing poses such as the Warrior series. Emphasis is on a thorough practice of classic postures to develop flexibility and strength. Each class ends with a period of deep relaxation and a short meditation so that you leave feeling lighter and stronger, committed to living with confidence and contentment.
***** Saturday 9:00 - 10:30AM
Group class located at nearby All Souls Unitarian Church every Saturday (9:30 - 11:00). There is no need to pre-register and classes can be taken on a "walk-in", 5-class pass or 10-class pass basis (passes can be used at any time). |

Hi there- very interested in evening classes. What is the cost and availability? Is there any flexibility as far as missing classes (if I have to work late) and making them up at some other point?
Thanks, Rachel |

| yeah, what's the story. walk-in yoga in a church (as opposed to in a done-up studio) or in the evening (and actually in my neighborhood) sounds great. Can someone give more info, like an address, a phone number, costs, policy for missing classes, who teaches these classes, etc. A few of the 5 w's missing from your post ... |
