Stats: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, original hardwood and trim, no central AC, good condition with some upgrades needed (upstairs bath needs a re-do, so do upstairs wood floors, for example), kitchen renovated 5 years ago, back screened porch, back yard with parking, newly updated front porch. Basement is currently rented out and not available.

I think the off street parking bumps up the rent close to $3k...but the non-central air might take a bite out of that ...
