No PSA meeting in January. The 4D Commander, Kimberly Chisley-Missouri, will have the 4D PSA meetings begin in February:

Our 2012 PSA monthly meetings under our new boundaries and PSA leadership will commence in February. We look forward to seeing you!

Like it or not, we're now a remote corner of 4D.

Attendance at our PSA meetings has always been low. Chief Lanier is suggesting that these meetings be held less frequently, or terminated, where attendance is low:

I have instructed each District Commander to ensure that each PSA lieutenant (to include those in the newly formed areas) hold introductory PSA Community meetings in the month of February. During this time, the Commanders will gauge attendance and public interest in regular monthly meetings. The Commanders will then make decisions on whether a PSA will continue to hold regular monthly meetings, whether certain meetings should be combined, or whether certain meetings should be cancelled altogether for a more modern way of ongoing dialogue.

The February meeting of PSA 408 (previously 301) will be on Thursday, February 23, 7 pm, La Casa Community Center. Ordinarily this meeting is on Wednesday, but there's a schedule confict this month at La Casa. -- Jack
