Resolved, that ANC1D advises the Historic Preservation Review Board to approve the application for 3324 18th Street, Northwest.

Why: the proposed renovation for this building is, in the opinion of this Commission, compatible with the character of the Mount Pleasant Historic District, meeting the legal requirement for alterations of D.C. Law 2-144, the Historic Landmark and Historic District Protection Act of 1978, as amended, and D.C. Code paragraph §6-1101(b).
