As one of Mt. Pleasant's fine, single women, I believe that it is time for us to start a bride market alongside the Saturday morning farmer's market. Where else can we meet our early-risin' men when we're not coffee drinkers (ruling out Dos Gringos) and can only spend so long at the market handling fresh veg, petting dogs, and cooing at babies???
Just an idea.

As another one of the fine, single women of our neighborhood I say right on. I see attractive men with bare ring fingers all the time on the sidewalks - its time we come up with a way/place we can all meet each other. Maybe a farmer's market mixer while we all nosh on fresh berries and bread?
Anyone else have ideas? |

You go girls! I'm with you in spirit... though physically I'll be at Dos Gringos drinking coffee with my boyfriend. |

Of course I'm sure you already realize that many of the "attractive men with bare ring fingers" in our neighborhood may not be looking for ladies... |

I am certainly aware of this situation having dated a few of these men myself. Measures are being taken. |

| This discussion has gone way off topic. Not every man is avaliable, big deal. Not every woman is available either. I think Ladyplastik is suggesting she is available and would like a way to meet neighborhood men. More power to her. If you are not interested just don't particpate. |
